When an order is placed, it can take up to 5 days before it is delivered depending on the location of the customer. In most cases, the order will be delivered the next day. Orders that will require more than 5 days will be communicated to any customer that orders. Delivery is Nationwide. In some cases, there will be home/office delivery and in other cases, the item would have to be picked up from a transport company.
Wudwa also makes provision for customers to pick up in store or from a pickup station at no extra cost. In such a case, a customer sends details of the product he wants to pick up via call/Whatsapp – 0267304021 or e-mail [email protected].
All orders in the following Regions are prepaid. This means payment need to be made before the item can be delivered. No cash on Delivery in the following Regions.
- Western Region
- Eastern Region
- Volta Region
- Upper East Region
- Upper West Region
- Central Region
- Northern Region
- BrongAhafo Region
Some Products allow for cash on Delivery in Greater Accra Region and Ashanti Region but dependent on various factors.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
An order is valid for a return under the following conditions:
- When item delivered is fake
- When the wrong item is delivered.
- When item delivered is defective or broken on arrival.
Item can be returned for either a brand new one or item will be fixed and returned to the customer. Customer must alert Wudwa within 48 hours in case of returns.
In extreme cases, money will be refunded to the customer (excluding delivery fee). Refunds will be done a day after a return is made.
It must also be noted that all electronics come with a warranty that ranges from 3 months to 2 years.
